Coaching, with a professional coach, is the practice of supporting an individual, through the process of achieving a specific personal or professional results. The structures, models and methodologies of coaching are numerous but are predominantly facilitating in style; that is the coach mainly asks questions and challenges the client to find answers from within herself based on their values, preferences and unique perspective. Kick Start  – $45 Monthly

  • One 45-minute coaching session per month
  • 5 e-mail support messages per month

 Discovery -$65 month

  • Two 45-minute coaching session per month
  • 10 e-mail support messages per month

Transition – $95 Monthly

  • Three 45-minute coaching session per month
  • 20 e-mail support messages per month.

 Transformation – $150 Monthly

  • Four 45-minute coaching session per month
  • Unlimited e-mail support messages per month.
Payments are made on a monthly basis, in advance of the first coaching call of the four week period. You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal to make your payments. Credit card payments are handled through PayPal which guarantees safe transactions.
